‘Landman’ Cast’s Salaries Revealed After They Negotiate Significant Raises for Season 3
The salaries for the Landman cast have been revealed after the actors secured significant raises for season 3.
Taylor Sheridan‘s hit series is scheduled to start filming in August after becoming one of Paramount+’s most successful shows. According to Deadline, the entire original cast — outside of Billy Bob Thornton — successfully negotiated paycheck increases.
Thornton, 70, who plays Tommy, reportedly has a separate three-year deal with standard year-to-year increases. He would be up for negotiating a new contract if Landman is renewed for a fourth season.
Demi Moore, meanwhile, had a contract that was shorter than the usual two-year options. After a negotiation, the actress, 63, has a new deal that will bring her up to parity with Thornton with a salary in the $740,000 to $770,000 an episode range for each.

The Paramount+ show, which premiered in […]Ali Larter renegotiated her existing long-term contract, with the outlet claiming she reached an agreement recently after the other OG cast members settled their raises earlier this year. Larter, 50, who plays Angela, more than doubled her paycheck by now receiving $350,000 an episode — in addition to getting a talent deal.
Jacob Lofland and Michelle Randolph, who play Thornton and Larter’s onscreen kids, are going up in the range of $130,000 to $180,000 an episode. The rest of the cast, which includes Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie and James Jordan, reportedly got sizable bumps that are under Lofland and Randolph.
Based on the “Boomtown” podcast, Landman is Sheridan’s newest hit series, joining the ranks of Yellowstone, Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, Lawmen: Bass Reeves and Lioness. The hit Paramount+ series introduced Thornton as a corporate fixer working for an oil titan in a West Texas-set drama with life-and-death stakes.
The actor recently spoke to Us Weekly about his future on the show.

So the characters really understand what their dynamics are.”
Larter teased that Sheridan will “just lean into that,” adding, “And I think what’s nice is that it’s not the first time. So when you’re going back down, it’s not the anxiety and the nervousness. You’ll get a little bit of the jitters, but to be able to go down and just do what we love [is wonderful].”
Landman is streaming on Paramount+.

Wednesday on MS NOW’s “Morning Joe,” Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) said everything needed to be on the table so Democrats can radically reform the Supreme Court.
Panelist Mara Gay asked, “Governor, yesterday, despite the Supreme Court’s upholding of birthright citizenship, it appears that the court is just one vote away. It was a 5 to 4 decision specifically on whether the 14th Amendment enshrined those rights. We now have, folks like Vice President JD Vance coming out and saying, hey, this isn’t over. This is just hanging by a thread, birthright citizenship. It’s clear that this conservative movement is planning on continuing this fight. What do you believe Democrats should do if they do regain the majority? Do you think that expanding the court or setting term limits for the courts should be on the table?”
Shapiro said, “I think everything needs to be on the table. I think we need radical reform that’s actually going to ensure that the voices of the people are heard from, that the voices of the people are represented in the three branches of government. We don’t have that right now. You know, the the framers were incredibly concerned in Madison in particular, about an executive accumulating too much power. We’ve seen that because this Supreme Court, in one of its worst decisions over the last century, gave a president absolute immunity because a Congress of the United States has withdrawn from its responsibilities to be a check on the executive. We can begin to change that by voting. And after we vote. I think we need dramatic reform to give the voice back to the people. As for the decision yesterday, I mean, it is as clear as day in the 14th Amendment. This case should have taken a nanosecond to decide and it should have been nine nothing.”

Cops release harrowing details of how NFL star's mother was murdered
Gruesome new details of the death of NFL star Calais Campbell's mother have been released after his brother was charged with murder.
Nateal Campbell, 71, was pronounced deceased inside her townhouse in the plush Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta on Tuesday afternoon, after cops arrived to perform a welfare check.
Officers found her unresponsive with her throat cut when they arrived at around 12:30pm Tuesday, according to a police statement.
According to a release from the Atlanta Police department, when officers attempted to enter the property they found that a male had barricaded himself inside.
Officers gained entry to the property and detained the individual, who was later identified as Ciarre Campbell, the 41-year-old son of the deceased. Ciarre, a former football player himself, was said to have been found in possession of a knife.
According to jail records viewed by the Daily Mail, Campbell faces charges of two counts of murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit a felony.

No lawyer who could comment on the charges was listed in online court records.
In the wake of Nateal's death, the Campbell family released a statement, which was shared online by NFL insider Ian Rapoport.
'We are devastated to share that the Campbell Family has lost its matriarch, Mrs. Nateal Campbell,' it began.
'While the details of her passing are still being investigated, we take comfort in knowing she is reunited with our father, her beloved Chuck, and in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
'We ask for privacy at this time so that we may honor her and share in our overwhelming grief privately and as a family.'
The heartbreaking death of his mother comes as Calais is currently preparing to enter his 19th season in the league having just signed a $5.5m, one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens.
Prior to that, he had played in Arizona, Jacksonville, Atlanta and Miami, being voted the Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2019, and a member of the 2010s All-Decade Team.

His Man of the Year win was due to his founding of the Charles Richard Campbell Foundation, alongside his mother and seven siblings. The charity, named after his late father, enhances the community through the teaching of critical life skills to young people.
'We extend our deepest condolences and full support to Calais and his family during this difficult time. We ask that everyone please respect their privacy while they grieve from this heartbreaking loss,' the Ravens said in a statement posted to social media.
The 2017 first-team AP All-Pro selection has been voted to the Pro Bowl six times in a career that started as a second-round pick in 2008 with the Arizona Cardinals.
'At this time of unfathomable tragedy, our hearts are with Calais Campbell and his family. We hope they find strength and comfort in the love, prayers, and support that surround them now and in the days ahead,' the Cardinals said in a statement posted to social media.
