Add The California Post on GoogleA Penthouse Pet who’s been accused of stealing from wealthy older men has revealed intimate details about her relationship with older billionaire fiancé Stephen Cloobeck – while opening up on her harrowing past of sexual abuse and obsession with older men.
Bride-to-be Adva Lavie, 28, and Cloobeck, 64, reveal details of their relationship to psychologist Dr. Robert Brodie in 129 pages of newly unsealed documents in her felony case.
The medical evaluation is part of a motion filed by Lavie and her lawyers to avoid jail through a diversion program.

“During my discussion with Mr. Cloobeck, he expressed true compassion for Ms. Lavie,” Dr. Brodie sats,
“Ms. Lavie, in return, also expressed compassion and a desire to develop a strong relationship with Mr. Cloobeck.”
“Both individually stated their relationship would be monogamous, this is something Ms. Lavie has not experienced with any other men.”

The evaluation by Dr. Brodie is based on three sessions of clinical interviews that lasted for about 15.5 hours.
The evaluation details alleged abuse by men at sex parties, and by her porn star first husband Edan Ives, also known as “Big Nick, who allegedly had a desire for an open relationship.

“Soon into the relationship… her ex-husband communicated that he wanted an arrangement in which he could sleep with other women alongside Ms. Lavie,” the papers say.
Lavie agreed to the threesomes in 2022 hoping it would relieve her from the constant rough sex with her then husband, the papers say.
The couple started meeting women through Tinder and Lavie started using marijuana and ecstasy for the first time, according to the evaluation.
“It’s 24 hours of drugs. There were times when he would f*** me and I would be so high I would just lay there, I don’t remember a lot of things that happened to me that year,” Lavie told Dr Brodie, according to the papers.
9
“Although the two would regularly wear protection and test for sexually-transmitted infections, Ms. Lavie tested positive for chlamydia and discovered her ex-husband slept with other women without her knowledge.”
Earlier this year, Nick wrote a letter to the judge advocating for Lavie’s ankle bracelet removal, pointing out the couple’s unconventional sex life.
“We are an open-minded couple that believes in non-monogamous relationships,” he said, before addig that they planned to start a family.

The couple’s divorce was only finalized in March.
The evaluation also revealed Lavie was introduced to nude modeling by an agent who said she could make $1000 per shot.
This led to Only Fans work, and then porn shoots that paying $20,000 each, the papers say.

Lavie said her ”modelling work” involved attending sex parties where she was often abused by the men, often under the influence of marijuana, cocaine, MDMA, ecstasy, mushrooms, and ketamine, the papers state.
“At the parties the women were required to participate in various sexual activities ranging from individual sex, to group sex, to being traded throughout the men and they were subject to violent sexual acts,” Dr. Brodie said.

A motion filed last week alleged that Lavie had been abused by her father, and was forced to snort cocaine when she was a $1000 a night escort in Las Vegas.
The papers say she is in treatment.
Lavie and Cloobeck were engaged in February in Las Vegas, they were scheduled to marry June 18th in Israel, but the date has since been moved.
Cloobeck, a one-time major donor to disgrace Democrat gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell, is also facing several felonies after allegedly tampering with witnesses in Lavie’s case.
9
Some of those witnesses include older men who Lavie met on “Sugar Daddy” websites and allegedly stole from.
She faces a decade behind bars.
The evaluation says Lavie told Dr. Brodie she has been attracted to older men most of her life.
“One of her first crushes was ‘on my professor in high school, I always liked older men,’ the papers say.
9
“Ms. Lavie’s early experiences created her dynamic of attraction to older men and to men with power or influence,” the evaluation says.
Lavie is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.
She allegedly met multiple older men on dating apps and stole from their homes.
The Penthouse Pet, who is wearing an ankle monitor, and her lawyers have been using several tactics for months to avoid any jail time. Lavie has continuously broken the court rules.
She was caught by the judge obtaining an Israeli passport, crossed Los Angeles County lines, and allegedly contacted witnesses. Despite the violations, county Superior Court Judge Diego Edber has stopped short of locking her up.
Lavie’s diversion hearing is scheduled in a Los Angeles courtroom on August 10th.

Badenoch blasts 'moaning' female Labour MPs over Burnham jobs 'quota'
Kemi Badenoch has told Labour women to earn a job in Andy Burnham's Cabinet instead of demanding they are handed jobs because of their gender.
The Tory leader lashed out today amid reports that female MPs are demanding the de-facto new prime minister introduce a 50:50 gender split 'quota' in his government.
Amid reports that former foreign secretary David Miliband is being lined up to return to the role, possibly with his brother Ed as Chancellor, one female minister also complained that Burnham could not have 'more Milibands than women' in the top posts.
But in a scathing article in the Times today Mrs Badenoch told them to 'stop moaning' and get chosen on merit instead of retreating into 'more of the failed identity politics that is holding back our country'.
'There are many, many reasons why you shouldn't have any Milibands in the cabinet,' she said.
'But complaining that the boys haven't given them the right jobs or that the boys are taking all the jobs, just shows that Labour's women still don't get it.'
The idea of quotas was also attacked by Baroness Jacqui Smith, Labour's Skills Minister.
Asked by Times Radio if Mr Burnham should reserve jobs for women, she said: 'No, I think what Andy Burnham should be doing is building the very best team around him to change this country.'
A letter written by the Women's Parliamentary Labour Party has called on Mr Burnham to ensure a 50:50 split between men and women in government jobs
Amid reports that former foreign secretary David Miliband (above, right, in 2010) is being lined up to return to the role, possibly with his brother Ed as Chancellor, one female minister complained that Burnham could not have 'more Milibands than women' in the top posts
But Mrs Badenoch told them to pipe down and get chosen on merit instead of retreating into 'more of the failed identity politics that is holding back our country'
A letter written by the Women's Parliamentary Labour Party and seen by the BBC has called on Mr Burnham to ensure a 50:50 split between men and women in government jobs after he succeeds Sir Keir Starmer.
'We are asking you to demonstrate this change from day one and address the toxicity and misogyny within our own party and government,' it said.
Labour has never had a female leader, while the Conservatives have had three, and Mrs Badenoch urged the government to follow its meritocratic example.
'If you run a meritocracy, then you do not have to worry about jobs for the boys,' she wrote.
'Every woman who is a Conservative MP, every woman who has ever won the leadership, has had to fight to get where she is.
'By contrast, Labour women are demanding guarantees from Burnham. But the truth is he doesn't have to give any guarantees.
'If none of Labour's women are prepared to get their hands dirty and challenge him for the leadership, their demands are toothless.'
'In fact, it's quite revealing that the women's parliamentary Labour Party has written to Burnham asking him to commit himself to at least 50 per cent female ministers.
'This has nothing to do with meritocracy. It is yet more of the failed identity politics that is holding back our country.'
