Kalshi prediction markets to target on Tuesday
- Norway vs. Ivory Coast: Norway to win in regulation ($0.47 per share)
- France vs. Sweden: Both teams to score ($0.55 per share)
- Mexico vs. Ecuador: First half tie ($0.50 per share)
Norway vs. Ivory Coast: Norway to win in regulation ($0.47 per share)
"Norway's superior attacking firepower could make the difference in this game. They scored seven goals in their first two group stage games - a 4-1 win against Iraq and a 3-2 victory over Senegal - before resting 10 players for their 4-1 defeat to France this week," Green said. "The likes of Erling Haaland and Martin Ødegaard will now be fresh for this game, and they could lead their team to victory over Ivory Coast. The Ivorians beat Ecuador and Curaçao in the group stage, but they lost to Germany, and they could struggle against another strong European team." Trade Ivory Coast vs. Norway here with the Kalshi promo code CBSSPORTS and get a $15 bonus after $15 in trades:
France vs. Sweden: Both teams to score ($0.55 per share)
"The defense has looked a little shaky at times, and France's midfield isn't as strong as Spain's or Portugal's, but the French attack is phenomenal. That gives them a great chance of outscoring any opponent -- especially a Sweden team that leaks goals," Green said. "Meanwhile, Alexander Isak, Viktor Gyökeres, Yasin Ayari, and Anthony Elanga are dangerous in attack for Sweden, and they could cause problems for the French defense." Trade Sweden vs. France here with the Kalshi promo code CBSSPORTS and get a $15 bonus after $15 in trades:
Mexico vs. Ecuador: First half tie ($0.50 per share)
"Everything points to a tense, low-scoring game between two evenly matched teams on Tuesday. Mexico's overall squad is probably the deeper of the two, but Ecuador boasts more star power in Chelsea's Caicedo, Paris Saint-Germain's Pacho and Arsenal's Piero Hincapié," Green said. "All three of Ecuador's group games were tied at halftime, and Mexico's last two were also tied at the break, 0-0 against South Korea and 0-0 against Czechia, which makes backing a halftime draw at -105 attractive. The first half could be tight and cagey." Trade Ecuador vs. Mexico here with the Kalshi promo code CBSSPORTS and get a $15 bonus after $15 in trades:

On Sunday, July 5, Vinícius Júnior’s Brazil will lock horns with Erling Haaland’s Norway in a blockbuster round of 16 World Cup match at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium.
If you’d like to be there to see these two top-notch clubs duel on the pitch live, tickets are available as of today.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats was $1,865 including fees on SeatGeek.
Prices start at $2,889 including fees for seats in the 100s.
Make sure to use promo code NYPOST10 for $10 off purchases over $250 at checkout (Editor’s Note: this discount is only valid for users’ first purchase on SeatGeek).
As longtime fans may recall, this tantalizing round of 16 showdown won’t be the first time these squads have met in the World Cup.
Flash back to 1998 and you’ll be transported to Løvene’s shocking 2-1 victory over Canarinho in a group stage match before Brazil went on to the Final where they lost to France.
This time around, Vinícius Júnior, Bruno Guimarães and Gabriel Magalhães are the undisputed favorites against Haaland and co.
Still, if we’ve learned anything from the World Cup, it’s that anything can happen.
Norway is on a torrid four-game win streak and the team would love a chance to re-enact their surprising ’98 triumph.
Ahead of the match, midfielder Sander Berge said ” if the opportunity comes that we can play them in a knockout stage, that would be a dream coming true and a fantastic challenge, and a fantastic opportunity and experience.”
We’re expecting an instant classic in the Meadowlands.

What other World Cup matches will be at MetLife Stadium in 2026?
After this Round of 16 match, there is only one more World Cup match at MetLife Stadium this year.
It’s a biggie, too.
The Final is scheduled to go down at the Jets and Giants’ home on Sunday, July 19 at 3 p.m.
We’ll see you there.
What’s the best way to get to MetLife Stadium for World Cup matches?
Although transit to the World Cup has undoubtedly been a hot topic, there are quite a few options to get to the Meadowlands for the games (rather than walk as some out-of-towners have suggested).
These are your best bets:
• Eat the $105 round-trip cost (slashed from a previously-announced $150) and take the NJT. Trains will be running back and forth to Secaucus Junction where you can transfer to the Meadowlands rail line, which takes you two minutes away from the Stadium.
• Board the official NYNJ Stadium Shuttle. Direct round-trip buses can be picked up at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Midtown East in Manhattan, and the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine Park-and-Ride in New Jersey. Be aware that tickets must be secured in advance through the New Jersey Transit World Cup platform. The major downside here? Potential traffic. The major upside? The Post reported that “round-trip bus fares for fans attending the 2026 FIFA World Cup have been cut by 75%…from $80 to $20.”
• Risk everything and book an Uber or Lyft. There are drop-off and pick-up zones outside MetLife. The major detractor here are likely exorbitant surge pricing and wait times. Proceed with caution here!
