Meghan Markle "cashing in" with outfits worn during her Invictus Games appearances could be a choice her husband Harry will find "difficult to defend", a source claims. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, has reportedly been promoting fashion she has donned during the games on OneOff, an AI fashion app in which she is said to be invested in. It's understood Meghan gets a percentage from sales.
Invictus is a project close to Prince Harry's heart, as a former serviceman himself, he founded the games alongside partners in 2014 as a multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick military service personnel, both serving and veterans. The Duchess and Harry, 41, have often been pictured together at the games since the early days of their relationship and the next will be held in Birmingham in 2027.
A source told Heatworld, Prince Harry may find his wife entrepreneurial dabbling connected to the games "difficult to defend".
They said: "Harry is always going to defend Meghan publicly but it’s no secret this is making him deeply uncomfortable, the last thing he needs is even a whiff of impropriety at such a sensitive time."
They added Harry would hate the "idea of the conversation becoming about Meghan’s wardrobe or social media strategy".
Royal author Tom Sykes has previously described the move as "sickening."

Meghan Markle has been urged to copy one senior royal in a bid to turn her public image around. The 44-year-old, who has previously referred to herself as "the most trolled person in the world", has seen her reputation decline since stepping down from royal life in 2020, with it dipping further with each month that passes.
Speaking of Queen Camilla, author and journalist Catherine Mayer argued that the Queen's journey from royal outsider to respected senior royal could be a path that Meghan could try and copy.
She told HELLO!'s A Right Royal Podcast: "Camilla has the opposite arc to Meghan. She has gone from probably one of the most hated women in the world, where she was seen as the other woman in the Charles and Diana marriage breakdown, to being solidly up there in the popularity ratings."

Princess Eugenie hit with same vile criticism as Meghan Markle over social media post
Princess Eugenie has been hit with criticism over her latest post to mark Father’s Day. The princess, 36, shared two photographs on Sunday on Instagram, including one of her husband, Jack Brooksbank, with their two sons, August and Ernest.
The faces of her husband and sons could not be seen in the photograph, as Eugenie had taken the sweet snap from behind them as they walked down a scenic street. This has led to criticism, with some royal fans asking why she is now not showing her children’s faces. Other people have compared her to Meghan Markle, who also keeps her children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s faces hidden when posting them on social media.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'silent' on King Charles' major concession
King Charles has extended an invitation to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, along with their children, to stay with him should they visit the UK later this summer as reportedly planned.
However, a report in The Times suggests the couple have yet to respond to His Majesty, stating the King "has yet to receive a reply from his younger son".
The absence of a response may be interpreted as further evidence of the "rude" manner in which the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are perceived to conduct themselves towards the rest of the Royal Family.

Inside Prince Archie's day out with George, Charlotte and Louis as UK return confirmed
Prince Archie is set to return to the UK later this month, alongside his parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for the Invictus Games in Birmingham. This will mark a huge milestone for the young royal who has rarely been seen on British soil in recent years.
While royal fans eagerly await the visit, it is not the first time Archie has spent time with his royal cousins. In fact, one of his earliest public appearances saw him enjoying a family day out alongside the Prince and Princess of Waleand their three young children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, during a summer polo match.
The memorable outing took place in July 2019, just two months after Archie was born.

People left speechless as Prince William pictured on London bus with celebrity pal
Prince William caused Londoners to do a double-take this morning, as he was pictured travelling on one of the city's iconic buses. Chatting away to his friend and Earthshot Prize ambassador Robert Irwin, the pair travelled to an event marking London Climate Action Week on a zero-emission electric bus featuring Earthshot branding.
They were joined by young Londoners to discuss the action they are taking right now to protect and restore our planet. William and Robert stepped off the bus at the Guildhall, where they are both attending the Earthshot Prize Impact Assembly.
Co-hosted by Bloomberg Philanthropies, the event brings together Earthshot Prize Finalists and Winners to celebrate the impact of innovative environmental solutions.

Real reason King Charles will want to see Meghan Markle on UK visit
King Charles will want to see Meghan Markle on her upcoming UK visit as they were once “extremely close”, a former royal butler has said. Grant Harrold, who worked for the King from 2004 until 2011, when he was the Prince of Wales, said that the monarch and his daughter-in-law once had a very strong bond.
It is believed they had a lot in common, with the pair often looking happy in one another’s company when Meghan was a working royal. The King even walked The Duchess of Sussex down the aisle on her 2018 wedding day to Prince Harry. It is not known whether Meghan and the King still have a relationship, as Meghan has not set foot in the UK since 2022.

Queen Elizabeth's true feelings on Brexit revealed in five word statement
Queen Elizabeth II was a monarch who was a stickler for royal protocol, and this included her approach to sharing her political views. As monarch, the late Queen never made her political views known and, in public, remained politically neutral.
While this may have been the case, it seems that the late Queen did, in private, have her own views like the rest of us. One of these views, which was about Brexit, was one she revealed to a senior minister in private. It is believed this happened in 2016.

Meghan Markle given bizarre one-word nickname as UK return just weeks away
Meghan Markle has been given a bizarre one-word nickname ahead of her anticipated UK return next month. The Duchess of Sussex is expected to make her first return to her husband Prince Harry’s home country in four years this July, with the couple’s children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet also expected to travel with them.
The reason for the visit is believed to be to attend a one-year countdown event to the Invictus Games 2027, which will be held in Birmingham. It is believed the family-of-four have been offered a royal residence to stay in during their visit this July, however other details are limited. This includes whether or not they have a scheduled meeting with the King.

Surprising reason latest royal wedding was held nowhere near London or Windsor
The Duke of Kent's granddaughter Lady Marina Windsor tied the knot with Nico Macauley on Saturday. The couple's wedding took place one year after they proudly announced their engagement last June.
The wedding, which was the second royal wedding of the year, took place at a private ceremony at a country estate in Berkshire. Much like Peter and Harriet Phillips' nuptials earlier this month, Lady Marina chose a venue a noticeable distance away from Windsor and London.
The couple tied the knot at All Saints Church in Hovingham, North Yorkshire – with the venue holding important significance for the bride.

'I met Princess Catherine - here's what I noticed when I spoke to her up close'
A BBC star who encountered Princess Catherine last year has revealed his impressions of the royal following their meeting. Strictly Come Dancing professional Johannes Radebe, who is set to take on hosting duties alongside Emma Willis and Josh Widdicombe when the programme returns this autumn, met the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2025.
Johannes, who is currently appearing as drag queen Lola in the West End production of Kinky Boots, met the future King and his wife at the Royal Variety Performance while still wearing his "denim boots".
After performing a number from the show, Johannes reportedly left Prince William impressed by his on-stage talents - particularly given his footwear. Johannes revealed that the Prince couldn't fathom how he managed it.

Prince William always puts family first, but it turns out that since becoming Prince of Wales, he has had to take more solo trips away from them. While his wife Princess Catherine and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, are his utmost priority, royal duties have also been calling more than ever in recent years.
This has especially been the case since he became the Prince of Wales and first-in-line to the throne. This is because his new title and position in the line of succession in 2022 saw him become the owner of the Duchy of Cornwall. This is a massive estate which provides an income to the heir of the throne.

Harriet Phillips sparks frenzy as royal fans accuse her of ‘copying’ Princess Kate
Since Harriet Sperling entered royal circles through her relationship with Peter Phillips in 2024, her wardrobe has been under increasing scrutiny. Now, her recent Royal Ascot appearances have ignited a fresh debate among royal fans, with some convinced the new Mrs Phillips is borrowing style inspiration from Princess Catherine.
The conversation gathered pace after the Princess of Wales, 44, made a triumphant return to Royal Ascot last week, prompting fans to compare some of Harriet’s recent outfits with several of Catherine’s most memorable looks. And according to some royal watchers, the similarities are becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
Harriet, who married Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips earlier this month, has quickly established herself as one of the most talked-about new faces within royal circles. Her elegant approach to occasion dressing has already drawn praise from fashion fans, with many noting her preference for timeless silhouettes, soft colour palettes and statement millinery.

Prince William's cheeky 9-word joke to Michael Middleton about Kate
Prince William made a cheeky nine-word comment to Michael Middleton as he walked his daughter down the aisle. The Prince and Princess of Wales, who have now been married for 15 years, tied the knot at Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011.
Princess Catherine, who wore a beautiful gown by English designer Sarah Burton, was walked down the aisle by her father, who is celebrating his 77th birthday today. As Catherine and Michael joined William at the front of the aisle, the senior royal appeared to make a joke to his father-in-law, according to a lip-reader.
Once they reached the altar, William said to his bride, "You look lovely. You look beautiful," according to Tina Lannin, a professional lip reader, reports CBS News.

Eagle-eyed fans spot Prince Archie detail in new Meghan Markle photo
Meghan Markle shared a new photograph of Prince Harry with their two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet on Sunday - and fans couldn’t help but notice one sweet detail. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, took to Instagram with the photograph of Harry hugging his children to mark UK Father’s Day.
In the photograph, Harry can be seen smiling while his children wrap their arms around him, their faces not showing on the camera. Instead, their backs are shown, with fans noticing a sweet detail about Prince Archie’s outfit. This is the fact that the seven-year-old is wearing an England football top that appears to read: “England Fifa World Cup.”

Prince William reveals the one thing that helps 'keep my environmental anxiety at bay'
The Prince of Wales said his conservation work helps “keep my environmental anxiety at bay” and “helps me sleep at night” because it leaves him feeling that “we can do this” and reverse the horrors of climate change. Speaking with leading environmentalists after he spoke at a business forum for The Royal Foundation’s United for Wildlife, William discussed his global environmental initiative, which awards five £ 1 million prizes to help scale innovative solutions to repair the planet.
Discussing his Earthshot Prize, which the future King founded in 2020 and is dedicated to finding, scaling and celebrating solutions to the world’s greatest environmental challenges over a 10-year period, William was asked what his plans were once the Earthshot decade was up in 2030.

The 41-year-old, who stepped down from royal duties in 2020, continues to work with the company, which aims to pave a new way to travel.
