Kyle Sandilands was spotted enjoying a celebratory lunch with friends at Grill Americano in the Sydney CBD on Friday afternoon.
The radio shock jock, 55, appeared to be enjoying his recent $12.09 million settlement following a legal battle with ARN over the axing of The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
Stepping out in all-black, the media veteran could be seen spending time with close mates John Singleton, John Ibrahim and David Norris.
Sandilands kept warm in a jumper and jeans with matching sneakers as he tucked a pair of sunglasses into the front of his shirt.
He was seen saying his goodbyes to Singleton and Norris, who is the CEO of The John Singleton Group, before departing the venue with Ibrahim.
Ibrahim, 55, a Kings Cross identity, was garbed in a navy sports coat with a matching button-up and black slacks as he slipped on his favourite sunglasses.

Meanwhile, advertising entrepreneur Singleton, 84, appeared to be well despite recent reports he had been hospitalised this week after suffering a serious cardiac event.
It comes after news broke that Sandilands had walked away from court with a $12.09 million settlement from ARN.
It was previously reported that the radio shock jock would receive $15 million over the next three years as part of the agreement.
However, according to an ASX statement released on Wednesday morning, ARN agreed to pay Sandilands $12.09 million.
The total payout is a fraction of what Sandilands was demanding, with the radio star previously indicating he was owed $85 million for the remainder of his contract term.
ARN and Sandilands have agreed to a net revenue share agreement, under which ARN will receive 19.9 per cent from Sandilands' new venture for up to three years.
Sandilands is also prevented from dealing with any of ARN's direct competitors for nine months.

ARN Chief Executive Officer Michael Stephenson said: 'This agreement brings certainty for ARN and resolves the legal dispute.
'ARN remains focused on executing its strategy, including driving a leaner, more efficient operating model, strengthening its core radio network and continuing to invest in digital capabilities and long-term growth.'
Sandilands' former co-star Jackie 'O' Henderson is moving forward with her case against ARN.
Sandilands also recently had an explosive first interview since the settlement with the broadcaster, in which he threatened to slap fellow radio star Ben Fordham.

He unloaded on the 2GB breakfast host during an appearance on The Game Changers podcast with Craig Bruce and Irene Hulme.
Sandilands said he was furious after Fordham publicly criticised the size of his radio deal following ARN's dramatic decision to terminate his contract earlier this year.
'You want a slap, watch your mouth! I don't put up with his bulls**t,' Sandilands claimed he told Fordham.
Badenoch blasts 'moaning' female Labour MPs over Burnham jobs 'quota'
Kemi Badenoch has told Labour women to earn a job in Andy Burnham's Cabinet instead of demanding they are handed jobs because of their gender.
The Tory leader lashed out today amid reports that female MPs are demanding the de-facto new prime minister introduce a 50:50 gender split 'quota' in his government.
Amid reports that former foreign secretary David Miliband is being lined up to return to the role, possibly with his brother Ed as Chancellor, one female minister also complained that Burnham could not have 'more Milibands than women' in the top posts.
But in a scathing article in the Times today Mrs Badenoch told them to 'stop moaning' and get chosen on merit instead of retreating into 'more of the failed identity politics that is holding back our country'.
'There are many, many reasons why you shouldn't have any Milibands in the cabinet,' she said.
'But complaining that the boys haven't given them the right jobs or that the boys are taking all the jobs, just shows that Labour's women still don't get it.'
The idea of quotas was also attacked by Baroness Jacqui Smith, Labour's Skills Minister.
Asked by Times Radio if Mr Burnham should reserve jobs for women, she said: 'No, I think what Andy Burnham should be doing is building the very best team around him to change this country.'

A letter written by the Women's Parliamentary Labour Party and seen by the BBC has called on Mr Burnham to ensure a 50:50 split between men and women in government jobs after he succeeds Sir Keir Starmer.
'We are asking you to demonstrate this change from day one and address the toxicity and misogyny within our own party and government,' it said.
Labour has never had a female leader, while the Conservatives have had three, and Mrs Badenoch urged the government to follow its meritocratic example.
'If you run a meritocracy, then you do not have to worry about jobs for the boys,' she wrote.
'Every woman who is a Conservative MP, every woman who has ever won the leadership, has had to fight to get where she is.
'By contrast, Labour women are demanding guarantees from Burnham. But the truth is he doesn't have to give any guarantees.
'If none of Labour's women are prepared to get their hands dirty and challenge him for the leadership, their demands are toothless.'
'In fact, it's quite revealing that the women's parliamentary Labour Party has written to Burnham asking him to commit himself to at least 50 per cent female ministers.
'This has nothing to do with meritocracy. It is yet more of the failed identity politics that is holding back our country.'
