Karamo Brown seemingly confirms Jussie Smollett romance after PDA-filled outing in LA

Add Page Six on GoogleKaramo Brown seemingly confirmed he’s dating Jussie Smollett after the two were snapped looking close in Los Angeles.
The “Queer Eye” alum appeared on the “Reality With The King” podcast Tuesday, and while he didn’t name Smollett, he confirmed he was dating a famous Black man and said that he wasn’t coy about it in public.
“I am dating a celebrity,” Brown said. “It’s not like we’re hiding it. We go out. We hold hands everywhere.”
In pics obtained by TMZ, Brown, 45, and Smollett, 44, were snapped being affectionate with one another as they ran errands together Monday. At one point, the “Empire” actor touched Brown’s chin. The outlet reported the two are dating.

Page Six reached out to Brown and Smollett’s reps for comment, but didn’t immediately receive a response.
During the podcast, host Carlos King said he was “gagged” when he found out who Brown was dating, but said that the couple was “beautiful” and “makes sense” to him.
Brown got emotional and said he knew his current partner was the One.
“I’m 100 percent sure. I’ve met my equal,” he shared. “And it is powerful when you meet someone who you feel 100 percent safe with, you feel 100 percent secure with, who you can just trust with your heart because you know they are a great human being and they get everything.”
He added, “You know, it’s special. It’s pretty amazing.”

The former television host said he and his boyfriend were “deep in love” but haven’t taken their relationship public yet because they don’t want “comments.”
“We are protecting the love we have because I do believe this is going to be my husband,” he said. “I believe this is going to be my forever person.”
He insisted the two never argue.
“Everything is just easy, we just get each other,” he noted. “It’s constant laughter, it’s constant love, it’s just constant everything.”
Brown was spotted supporting Smollett’s performance at Harlem Pride’s “17 Shades of Pride” celebration over the weekend by fans on social media. The “Real World: Philadelphia” star also publicly defended Smollett after 50 Cent mocked the performance on Instagram, sharing a clip of it and roasting the actor in the caption.

50 Cent wrote, “See I told you ‘POWER’ was the s–t, but No you want to watch ‘Empire.’ Now look this its all your fault. LOL.
“Power” is the Starz show the rapper was an executive producer on that competed with Fox’s “Empire.”
Brown commented on 50 Cent’s post, “I was at this PRIDE event and Jussie killed it. F–k off for using one clip from the entire 30 min show to try bring someone down!”
Smollett has been attempting to make a comeback after he was accused of orchestrating a hate crime hoax in 2019 to boost his career. Although he was found guilty in December 2021, the conviction was overturned in November 2024.
The Illinois Supreme Court reversed the decision due to Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx initially dropping all charges against him before the special prosecutor decided to retry him, Page Six confirmed.
This choice violated his rights, the high court ruled.

Add The New York Post on GoogleDean Wade is heading to the City of Brotherly Love.
The free agent forward has agreed to a four-year, $39 million deal with the 76ers on Tuesday night, according to ESPN.
Wade, 29, is leaving the Cavaliers, a team where he established himself as a critical defending and shooting piece in the frontcourt. He spent the first seven years of his career in Cleveland after going undrafted and signing a two-way contract with the team in 2019.

Wade was the longest tenured Cavalier.
Until Tuesday, the Cavs and Wade had been in ongoing negotiations trying to work out a new deal before the start of free agency.
But by late Tuesday afternoon, it became clear that Wade would hit the free agency market, and now Philly scopped him up on the first day.

NBA insiders Marc Stein and Jake Fischer reported that Philadelphia was expected to be one of several teams interested in acquiring Wade last week.
Wade’s defense made him an important piece of Cleveland’s rotation and allowed him to retain a consistent role there. His 6-foot-9 height and 6-foot-10 wingspan made it difficult for opposing guards and forwards to work around him.
Wade averaged 5.8 points and 4.2 rebounds alongside 1.5 assists per game during the 2025-26 season, shooting 43.9 percent from the field and 36.2 percent from 3-point territory.

Wade started in 14 of the Cavaliers 18 playoff games this past season, where they reached their first Eastern Conference finals in eight years before being swept by the Knicks.
Wade only put up 4.4 points in 22.6 minutes per game in the playoffs, but his defense on stars like Scottie Barnes and Cade Cunningham made him a valuable piece of the Cavs’ run.
His plus-5.0 net rating was the highest among all Cavs players throughout the playoffs.

A 21-year-old Wichita State University student drowned after jumping into a popular Oregon swimming hole where authorities say the water is cold enough to cause immediate physical shock.
Kenny Truong, of Wichita, Kansas, was visiting Tamolitch Falls, which is commonly known as Blue Pool, with friends Friday evening when he jumped into the water and was unable to get out, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office said.
Dispatchers received a 911 call at 8:47 p.m. on June 26 reporting that a man had gone into the pool, located off Highway 126, and was struggling.
“Witnesses describe him struggling as he swam toward shore, before submerging,” Linn County Undersheriff Micah Smith said in a release.
“Despite the best efforts of those at Tamolitch Falls who tried to help him, and the first responders who arrived in response to the 911 call, Kenny did not survive.”
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Lane County Sheriff’s Office and Upper McKenzie Rural Fire responded to the remote area Friday evening.
“Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Kenny Truong, 21, of Kansas, during what is an unimaginable time,” Smith said.
Truong was a finance major at the W. Frank Barton School of Business and a member-at-large of the Cummings Student Managed Investment Fund, according to Wichita State University.
Blue Pool, known for its striking turquoise water and cliffside views, is a major draw for hikers and visitors across the Pacific Northwest, but officials warned it can be deadly.

“It is also a place that has taken lives before and will take lives again if visitors do not understand what they are facing,” Smith said.
Authorities said the cliffs surrounding the pool rise between 10 and 60 feet, while the water averages just 37 degrees.
The area also has minimal to no cellphone service, and rescue efforts can be complicated by the remote terrain.
“When something goes wrong at Blue Pool — or on the trail leading into the falls — it can take up to several hours from the moment of injury to reach a hospital,” the sheriff’s office said.
Carter Nguyen, the Truong family spokesperson, remembered the college student as a deeply loved friend with “fire in him” who pushed others to become “the brightest, best, fullest” versions of themselves.

“Kenny was the kind of person this world doesn’t see enough of. He was genuinely, unconditionally there for the people around him not just when things were good, but especially in the darkest of times,” Nguyen told Fox News Digital.
“He would set aside everything he had going on to make sure the people he loved were okay.”

“Kenny leaves behind a legacy of love, generosity, and light. We ask that you keep his family in your hearts, continue to lift them up, and honor his memory by carrying forward the same spirit he gave to all of us every single day,” he said.
The sheriff’s office urged visitors to understand the risks before entering the water at Tamolitch Falls, watch out for the people they arrive with and call 911 immediately if someone is in distress.
Officials said visitors with questions about current conditions should contact the McKenzie River Ranger Station.
