Shopping for a flattering Amazon swimsuit when you’re 5’3″ isn’t always as simple as finding a cute print. I’ve ordered styles that bunched through the torso, made my legs look shorter or fit like they were designed for someone much taller. After plenty of trial and error (and more returns than I’d like to admit), I’ve figured out exactly which details make the biggest difference on a petite frame.
Thankfully, Amazon has no shortage of swimsuits that actually work for shorter women. From leg-lengthening one-pieces to high-waisted bikinis and tummy-smoothing tankinis, these styles are proof you don’t have to spend a fortune to find a flattering fit. Ahead, shop the 17 petite-friendly swimsuits I’d genuinely recommend — starting at just $10.
The 17 Most Flattering Amazon Swimsuits I Recommend for Petites
1. Our Favorite: This one-piece swim dress offers extra coverage without overwhelming a petite frame, thanks to its swingy skirt and criss-cross neckline. It skims over the hips, stays put while swimming and feels just as flattering walking the beach as it does in the water.
2. Leg-Lengthening: This one-shoulder bikini pairs high-rise bottoms with a high-cut leg opening to instantly make legs appear longer. The textured fabric and asymmetrical neckline keep it feeling elevated instead of basic.
3. V-Neck Victory: Grace Karin’s three-piece swim set uses a deep V-neckline to make a shorter torso appear longer. The matching swim skirt doubles as a chic cover-up that looks just as cute away from the pool.
4. Ruched Magic: Strategic ruching helps this V-neck one-piece smooth the midsection without feeling restrictive. A plunging neckline and classic black color make it one of those swimsuits you’ll wear year after year.

Shopping for a slimming bathing suit often involves paying attention to material and silhouette, but don’t discount the importance of color and patterns. Contrast-trim swimsuits, for instance, create a snatched look, thanks to figure-flattering details that play around with proportions and draw the eye vertically. You also don’t need to go on an extensive hunt […]5. A Bestseller: This striped bikini set makes getting the right fit easy with its adjustable shoulder ties and high-waisted bottoms. It’s easy to see why shoppers keep coming back to this bestselling style.
6. High-Waist Hero: High-rise bottoms give this textured bikini set a leg-lengthening effect, while the gold U-ring detail adds an expensive-looking finish. The ribbed fabric makes this pick look far pricier than its under-$30 price tag.
7. Figure Flattering: This mesh swim dress creates shape with a sarong-inspired wrap design and ruched silhouette. The V-neckline elongates the torso while the sheer skirt adds coverage without extra bulk.
8. Sleek Silhouette: Clean lines make a one-shoulder one-piece especially flattering on a petite frame. Subtle ruching and an asymmetrical neckline create shape without unnecessary embellishments.
9. Hourglass Helper: Suuksess’ halter one-piece combines waist-defining ruching with a plunging neckline for a beautifully balanced silhouette. Lightly padded cups add a little lift while the halter style naturally elongates the upper body.
10. Tummy-Hiding: A thick, supportive waistband gives this color-block bikini the look of a more defined waist. Adjustable side ties let you customize the fit while keeping everything comfortably in place.
11. Slimming Stripes: This blue striped tankini gives the illusion of a longer torso. Aside from the elongating print, the flowy top skims over the midsection without feeling oversized.
12. Lengthening Lines: This floral one-piece swimsuit uses a plunging neckline to create a longer, leaner look. Flutter sleeves add a feminine touch without overwhelming a smaller frame.
13. Wrap Effect: Naturally define the waist with a crossover, twist-front bikini. The contrasting details create even more shape while keeping the look modern and flattering.
14. Waist-Defining: This colorblock one-piece uses strategic cutouts and contrast panels to give the illusion of a longer, leaner look. The plunging neckline and higher-cut legs make the design especially flattering for petites.
15. Belly Blurring: A flowy silhouette makes this tummy-smoothing tankini a flattering and comfortable option, while vertical stripes sneakily elongate.
16. Balanced Proportions: This bandeau bikini set balances a petite frame with a clean strapless top and high-cut bottoms that make legs look miles long. The blue-and-white print adds an effortless European vacation vibe.
17. Curve Creator: Tummy-smoothing ruching, waist cutouts and a ruffled neckline help this cutout one-piece create shape in all the right places. It’s one of the easiest ways to achieve an hourglass look without sacrificing comfort.

USMCA review meeting set to take place as future of trade agreement remains uncertain

OAN Staff Addie Davis

The joint review meeting for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) is expected to take place on Wednesday as the future of the accord remains uncertain.
During his first term, President Donald Trump, who has long been critical of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), championed its successor as “the largest, most significant, modern, and balanced trade agreement in history.”
However, as USMCA’s implementation reaches its six-year anniversary on July 1st, a joint review meeting is set to take place as the countries decide if they wish to extend the agreement past its initial sixteen-year tenure. If an extension is not agreed to within ten years, USMCA will expire.
Despite signing the agreement in 2020, Trump told reporters recently that he’s “not a big fan of it” and would prefer no agreement at all.
“I liked it because it got us out of NAFTA,” the president said. “We’d do better without an agreement…The primary reason I wanted it was because there was no way out of NAFTA, which was the worst trade agreement ever made.”
The pact included a “sunset clause,” under which the agreement would expire after 16 years if the member countries chose not to extend it. According to Congress, this is the first time the U.S. is implementing this type of process relating to a free trade agreement, noting “there is no precedent for how the President or Congress may approach the scope of the review and the U.S. domestic process and trilateral process for conducting it.”
With the formal review process set to begin, Congress noted that U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer, back in December, had related to the legislative body certain potential topics for the joint review, which included certain bilateral trade issues with Canada and Mexico, as well as potential changes to duty-free trade rules.

Anne Hathaway’s baby bump is officially out of hiding.
The “Devil Wears Prada 2” star, 43, stepped out in New York on Tuesday in a vivid red jumpsuit that showed off her newly announced pregnancy.
She styled an Ashlyn jumpsuit ($2,300) front-to-back with the low scoop neckline in front and the boatneck at the back. The dropped waist gave way to a gathered peplum and draped harem legs.

Stylist Erin Walsh elevated the look with Aquazzura sandals, a red stiletto with a twisted, gathered upper.
Hathaway carried a heart-shaped Alaïa bag ($1,650) and doubled up on Bulgari, pairing the house’s diamond Tubogas necklace in 18-karat gold with its Serpenti Tubogas watch.
The head-to-toe red look landed on a fitting day: the 20th anniversary of the original “Devil Wears Prada,” whose teaser poster starred a lone red stiletto.
It was a second day out in a row for the star. On Monday, Hathaway paused to admire her bump while running around the city in an all-black outfit with black-and-white L’Agence heels.
She rounded out that look with a black Dior bag and a copy of Sarah J. Maas’ fantasy novel “Crescent City.”

Hathaway hid her pregnancy through the entire “Prada 2” press tour, favoring billowing gowns and loose suiting from late March into May.
She announced baby No. 3 on June 19 with an Instagram video, shortly after photos surfaced of her bump on a St. Tropez vacation. She shares sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6, with husband Adam Shulman, whom she wed in 2012.
Bold maternity dressing is familiar turf, too. During her second pregnancy in 2019, she worked monochromatic ruffles and hot pink cutouts on the red carpet.
As the superstar gears up to begin promoting “The Odyssey,” in which she plays Penelope, Odysseus’ loyal wife, in the flick, which hits theaters July 17.
