Blac Chyna Breaks Down Her Cosmetic Surgery Procedures, Reveals Implant Sizes and More

Blac Chyna is an open book — especially when it comes to cosmetic surgery.
“I took out all those a** shots that I had, all the silicone; I’ve never had a BBL,” Chyna, 38, shared on Saturday, June 27, via Instagram, revealing the procedures she’s had to enhance her looks. “Yeah, I had no fat on my body but no BBL. No shade.”
She continued, “My first set of boobs was 300 cc. I went from 300 to 700 cc to 500 to 300, now to 100. I think I have 120 cc’s now, because I was naturally flat chested. Once they get stretched out, they need to put it [in.] They need something so it’s just like not just empty space inside of it.”
Chyna went on to say that she “removed all of the fillers out of my cheeks, the fillers in [her] chin [and] jawline.”
“What else?” she said while making a mental list. “I don’t get any Botox, so now you’ll know if I’m mad at you. That’s really it!”
Chyna previously opened up about going under the knife back in 2023 while chatting with Tamron Hall. “I’m done with it y’all. No more,” she said at the time, noting that she originally got work done because of “insecurities.”

And being inside the strip club or the gentleman’s club … I’m looking at the [other] women, I’m looking at myself like, ‘OK, that’s not it. This is not gonna make the money. This is not gonna do it.’ So I felt the pressures of trying to hurry up and build my body when I should’ve just waited until I was older.”
Chyna noted that her body was still not fully “developed” at the time, but she wasn’t “thinking about that.”
“Nobody was telling me, you know, right from wrong. It was the golden ticket. I was not worried about [the health risks] at all,” she said.

By The Athletic StaffJune 30, 2026 Updated 7:11 pm EDTLeaving Las Vegas? The NBA Cup championship game is doing exactly that.
After being held at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for its first three years, the championship game for the league’s in-season tournament will be held in Indianapolis at Butler University’s Hinkle Fieldhouse next season, the league announced Tuesday. The game is set for Friday, Dec. 11.
Before last season’s NBA Cup final in December, commissioner Adam Silver said the league was considering moving the final in the future. He added that “some storied college arenas” were suggested in conversations with Amazon Prime, which broadcasts NBA Cup games as part of the most recent media rights deal. The league announced in September that the semifinals of the in-season tournament would be held at home sites. In years past, those also took place in Las Vegas.
The New York Knicks won last year’s NBA Cup, beating the San Antonio Spurs in the final. Six months later, they won their first NBA championship in 53 years by beating the Spurs again.
